  • There is a ladder for access to the bunk beds. Use of the ladder is at your own risk. By renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death resulting from use of the ladder.

  • No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only permitted at least 75 feet away from the building. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
  • No pets allowed. A $750 fine applies for any unauthorized pets.
  • A signed rental agreement is required.
  • Minimum age to rent is 25 years.
  • Children are allowed.
  • No events, parties, or large groups are allowed.
  • No weather-related refunds are provided. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended during winter months.
